I liked this post not because the code or problem it's solving is particularly unique. What I like is Contentful using AWS Lambda to be proactive in addressing customer needs.

Some customer issues require alternate thinking. Providing AWS Lambda functions to help customers with their operational issues is solid alternate thinking and we think more product companies should be looking at how to fill customer gaps this way.
